Return Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for store credit or other items.Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original gift box within 30 days of your delivery date.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the charges to/from on orders that need to be exchanged.
Custom made pieces and sale items are excluded from this policy. All custom ordered and sale items are not exchangeable and FINAL sale.
Faulty Goods
If a product arrives with a manufacturing fault or damaged, if it is from the Maria Dolores collection, we are responsible for the repair since they have a warranty.
If the item you purchased cannot be fixed and is out of stock, we are responsible for refunding you. Shipping and packaging costs are not refundable.
Shipping
Once your order has been processed, the order is shipped through USPS or by the shipping method you choose at checkout. Your order confirmation will provide the delivery schedule details.
Packages may be delayed during the holiday season due to high demand.

Once shipped off, your package is no longer in our hands. Please follow the tracking number provided until it is delivered.
FAQ
- An item broke/arrived damaged, what should I do?
- We will happily help you fix this issue. Please contact us through our website, email, or instagram within 72 hrs of receiving them. Just let us know what happened and attach a picture. We'll get it taken care of ASAP.
- I have yet to receive my order and it says it was delivered?
- Glitzzy Jewelry is not liable for any lost or stolen packages in transit. Once shipped off, your package is no longer in our hands. Please follow the tracking number provided until it is delivered. If shown "delivered" and you have yet to receive it, check with family members, roommates, neighbors, mailman, building manager and the mail carrier directly before messaging us. If you need help filing a claim with the postal service, let us know.
